What is included in my service?
Your service includes a wash, blow dry and style.

Can I get an Up-Do?
O2 stylists are not trained to do Up-Dos. Should you need that service one of the stylists at Obadiah Salon (just one floor up) would be happy to provide that service for you.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?
Life happens and if you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we would appreciate 24 hours notice.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Of course, if you know you are running behind we would appreciate a call. Depending on how late you are we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. We will however do our best to accommodate you and your service needs.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, personal checks and cash.

Can I bring my kids?
Of course you can! We only ask that your kids sit quietly to ensure the best experience for you and our other clients.

Can I bring my animal?
Unfortunately, our building has a strict NO ANIMAL policy.

Where do I park?
Park in the Bellevue Place parking garage and take the Bank of America/Wintergarden elevator to the first floor. For further directions please click on the Contact page of this website.

Do you validate parking?
Yes, we validate for 3 hours.

What does Obadiah mean?
It is Hebrew in origin and means excellence in service and the promise of restoration.
